What's Involved in the NutriEssentials Program

With a nutritional consulting relationship, you will receive the following:

• 2 consultations (2½ - 3 hours total)
• Detailed health history, online symptom survey
• Computerized analysis of 85 – 150 different blood chemistry components and five lab panels to choose from, including Trace Minerals and Toxic Metals, Amino Acids, Food Allergies and Fatty Acids
• A 20-35 page report as your custom Healthy Living Plan that provides you with detailed explanations of your results with scientific references and documentation
• Dietary recommendations and recipes based on your actual laboratory test data, which may include acid/alkaline balancing effects; glycemic index listings; food allergies and fatty acids specifics, with dietary and supplement recommendations for each; and 20 different meal plans, including menus and recipes, depending on your needs
• Recommendations for nutritional supplements including vitamins, minerals and herbs
• Healthy lifestyle recommendations and planning

HILL PARK MEDICAL CENTER / SERVICES

As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Amy practices in an expanded capacity and offers a greater variety of services at Hill Park. In addition to working with nutritional imbalances, she provides full service women’s health exams including pap smears, is able to diagnose and treat basic medical conditions and directly prescribes bio-identical hormones as well as other medications. Depending upon your health insurance, you may be reimbursed for services and / or lab tests at Hill Park (not at the Dhyana Center).
